installation issues on a macOS #5

NVIDIA stopped supporting macOS with CUDA Toolkit 11.4 and later, which includes cuBLAS for CUDA 11.0 and later versions. This means, we can not install (nvidia-cublas-cu11==11.10.3.66) listed in the requirements.txt on a MacOS.

What should we do about this issue? Proposal: let's add some info to the readme and close it.

@shafqatvirk Maybe installation now works with the leaner installation instructions? (#33)

The problem still persists even with the new installation instructions.
