including a tutorial phase in the arriving-from-prolific navigation path

The tutorial phase mechanism as it exists is good, but it would be nice to be able to include it at the beginning of a regular phase without requiring navigating through the UI to find the tutorial, then go back and find the annotation phase.

Instead, if a regular phase is configured to require a tutorial, AND someone arrives at that phase via a joblisting link via the prolific route, they should get directed seamlessly to the tutorial and from there to the main phase itself.

• Nice to have would be the ability to re-take a failed tutorial
• lower priority would be to re-direct back to prolific on a 2nd failed tutorial

If phase required tutorial phase to pass then when an annotator click on annotation button they will redirect automatically to tutorial phase.
