UI Element Joblisting -> select phase cannot handle larger number of phases #7

When creating a Joblisting for a phase from a project with > 10 phases, the pop-up selection window is unable to accommodate this long list of possible phases.

This might be an issue with other similar UI elements that might dynamically contain 10+ items.

(Current workaround is to close a phase, thus taking it out of this list without deleting its data)
