Effects doubling

Each effect is listed and applied twice. I have to go in and uncheck one of each effect every time I start the game.

This means you have two copies of the shaders installed that GShade is finding in your Shader Search Paths underneath the Settings tab.

Please check those directories for duplicate shader files.
