  1. Fixed difference map
  2. Weight transformation for closeness
  3. eliminated global variables
  4. made the host density calculation local and results as part of GeoNetwork object. This was causing issue in usage of parallel functions. Yet to test after refactoring.

Current problem - pixels in mean map spanning beyond country boundaries. too big?
