Allow playlist to enter a minimalist mode #27

Could be done when it's selected in MPDN and match the player's view.

Got a particular design in mind? Or do I just remove the caption?

What I'm thinking is that when MPDN is told to remove it's caption the playlist does so also.

When entering minimalist mode, lose the title bar (would currently prevent the user from making changed to the column options and resize them, but that's no big deal)

Because of that limitation I think you'll want to improve the column resizing so that it doesn't expand a column that is already showing all it's content at the expense of a column that isn't showing all it's content.
