Prevent options from losing focus when playing next file #30

If I play a video and I'm in the options screen selecting a drop down box the box will close when the playlist starts playback of the next file in the playlist.

This happens because MPDN requests and gets focus. Normal stuff really. There's nothing to fix either to be honest.
