Map not centering and zooming out to include all markers #16

Visit these URLs and you'll see that the map doesn't zoom out to include
all markers. 

http://map.kadampa.org/maps/type/KMC/
http://map.kadampa.org/maps/type/KBC/
http://map.kadampa.org/

Have tested in tested in Firefox 3.5, IE8 and Chrome. 

If you select a map from the side jump list you'll see that sometimes it works.

The problem also exists when using GGeoXml instead of Geoxml, so probably not a
Geoxml issue...

that is weird some issues seem to be the api (how a polygon renders in Opera or 
IE
for instance) but I wasnt thinking this seemed like it was one of them.
