Issue with Polylines in geoxml sept19 version for IE #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Only IE browser (8 in this case)
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
pop-ups not coming up at all

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
geoxml sept19. Windows prof OS

Completely innadequate information...
Numerous pages with polylines and popups in ie 8 and work just fine 
You arent showing any of the data you are using or how you are referencing it 
or from
what site you are linking off of etc alll of which can cause problems with the 
api...
 unless further information is pending this will get marked invalid very soon.

Considering this an invalid error, there are too many ways that errors can be 
generated 
deep withing googles code that not showing examples that cause it is worthless. 
Invalid 
kml is as likely as anything else and without further information this is being 
dropped.
