an "absmaxwidth" parameter to set the maximum width of an info window. See 
note below.

From March 11, issue 13:

"Ahh yes very likely the hidden title is not be disregarded when it guesses 
what width to use..it starts with iwwidth but... may expand I think I might 
need to have an absmaxiwwidth parameter added... so you can say I know never 
make it wider than this. could you do me a favor and make a new feature 
request... "

I have made an update with a field for maxiwwidth
this should put a cap on the computed info window width.

Also added a new closed folder icon.
