ActiveX problem with IE8 #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a sample like "Simplest Use With Sidebar"
2. On IE 8 the is a problem "ActiveX can't create object" on xmlDoc=new 
ActiveXObject("Microsoft.XMLDOM")

This is an it Works for Me.(in both compatibility mode and out).

Verify you have ActiveX scripting enabled in your browser
it is in mine with default medium security settings.
