Kml file has linestrings that are not displaying but some are.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. To reproduce this problem, load the attached kml with geoxml and compare it 
to google's rendering.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The kml has many more line strings than what is being displayed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Not sure what version but I got the latest about a month ago.
