Doesn't work in Linux when "/tmp/" directory has 'noexec' option enabled #407

Please don't copy the "swtlib-64" directory to "/tmp/" in future releases.  For 
security reasons, I prefer to have the 'noexec' option enabled on that 
partition.  You should place the libraries elsewhere.

It took me a while to figure out the cause of this problem, because I was 
receiving a very misleading error message: "Could not load UI. Make sure you 
are using the correct version (32 or 64 bit) for your system."
