Hello @not-AMM,
Would you mind providing a screenshot of the issue and which version of Windows this occurs on?
These are the settings I have, I speak spanish, but I think that by the layout you can understand which settings are:
Colors: custom Windows Color: Dark Apps Colors: Light Emphasis/System Color: From Wallpaper
What happens after you toggle again:
I just noticed that the icons also are the Light Mode ones. So, this plugin overrides the custom theme, but, at the same time, keeps the custom color instead of changing to the White color of the light mode. If i wasn't clear enough, I can explain in more detail. Great plugin, btw!
Facing the same issue. Windows 11 build 22623.1325.
AFAIK, some time ago back in 2022, Microsoft changed the backend method to switch themes in Windows 11. Since then, apps like Auto Dark Mode have also updated their method of changing the theme. I suggest you to take a look at that.
This seems to be linked to the File explorer not/partly updating its colour scheme. This can be solved temporarily by restarting it from the task manager. However, this is not a permanent solution and must be fixed at some point. The graphical glitches are less chaotic on Windows 11 but still very much visible.
If you use this plugin while using colors from the wallpapers, the taskbar doesn't change color and some font colors are black in dark colors, making them unreadable. I think it has to do with using the custom option.
