Origin Brushes for Jedi Academy #43

"surfaceparm origin" had to be added to the "system.shader" for the origin texture to get it to work properly. This only had "q3map_origin" which wasn't sufficient.

This appears to be a regression in this commit https://github.com/Garux/netradiant-custom/commit/f560e2703b3ccb1cab0f4071ee8c676d8d3f8068/ looks old, probably netradiant or even 1.5 history.

Specifically q3map2's shaders.c

Support for q3map_<surfaceparm> has been disabled for reasons unknown here but is allegedly expected by the Jedi academy and possibly also jk2 and sof2, ef1 since that is the engine history of Ravens usage for tech3.
