Tweakable update interval? #13

Add an option in the settings to change interval between updates (within a reasonable range), so that slower machines will handle the mod and others may enjoy more accurate simulation and faster heat transfer.

Another option is to allow the player (or the mod itself) to change the number of slices. Not sure it's really necessary though.
