What (if any) features are you implementing?

Add mortgage expense as a requirement for:
- [x] Foreclosure Financial Assistance Program
- [x] Colorado Emergency Mortgage Assistance
Add rent expense as a requirement for:
- [x] ERAP (Emergency Rental Assistance Program)
Add rent or mortgage as a requirement for:
- [x] Emergency Assistance (Denver)
- [x] TRUA (both in urgent needs and program)
