FOR NOV. 1. Modify immigration filters to accommodate health care upate

For November 1, 2024 release

Modify immigration filters in following ways:

• For the filter "Individuals without lawful U.S. presence or citizenship (includes DACA)": Remove "(includes DACA)"
• Edit "Other lawfully present noncitizens" to "Other lawfully present noncitizens (includes DACA recipients)"

Background: As of November 1, 2024, DACA recipients will be eligible for Connect for Health Colorado / Premium Tax Credit. These changes combine to show that DACA recipients will now be eligible for Connect for Health instead of OmniSalud. No changes will be required to the programs to which the filters apply.

NOTE: We should strive to include this in November 1 releases to make people aware of this change going into open enrollment season. However, we should not release this before this date.

@kbottagaro can we axe the other rules may apply piece there or no? Don't love how long that makes that string inside a pretty small filter box.

However, another way to do this that would make the with permission to live or work in the U.S. (other rules may apply) shorter would be to add a parenthetical to Other lawfully present noncitizens - i.e., change that to read Other lawfully present noncitizens (includes DACA recipients). *Suggested screenshot below. Thoughts? I like the DACA reference better here than where it currently is.

@kbottagaro Oh ok I think I misread the ask. So it should just look like the new photo you just put up? Does that mean there's no new filter add then? We're just changing the copy?

Our emails may have crossed paths. I was originally thinking we'd need a new filter, but I now think we can resolve this with a copy edit. Sorry for any confusion!
