JAN 1. Modify immigration filters to account for Colorado changes to Medicaid/CHP+ for undocumented pregnant women and children

NOTE: THIS CHANGE SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED AS OF JANUARY 1, 2025 TO ALIGN WITH EFFECTIVE DATE OF CHANGE IN LAW.

• [ ] If all sub-filters are deselected, the top-level should also deselect. If a user unchecks the 3 bullets under Green Card, then. "Green card holders" should also deselect

• [ ] Update last filter to say "Other lawfully present noncitizens with permission to live or work in the U.S. (includes DACA recipients, other rules may apply)

NEW BEHAVIOR

• If a user selects individuals without lawful U.S. presence or citizenship, Other lawfully present noncitizens . . . , or Green card holders, then, we should see if any of the HH members selected pregnant or are under 19. If yes for either, show Medicaid & CHP+
• Add Warning message to Medicaid & CHP+ IF filters were selected, to say, "Based on your citizenship filter criteria, the individuals in your household that could qualify for [Medicaid / CHP+], are those who are younger than 19 or pregnant.
• Edit value shown based on individual eligibility

Hi @sydney-devine and @kbottagaro - I just wanted to make sure this last change, "New Behavior" will only apply to CO as NC has not expanded medicaid coverage to pregnant people and children without lawful status. The only result for someone who is pregnant and without lawful immigration status in NC is emergency medicaid and no medicaid results for children without lawful immigration status in NC. If only we could be so lucky as CO! It's great your state did that. Thx
