Export las to shp time resolution #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Export las2shp
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Full 6 decimal resolution for GPS time output. I am only seeing 4 decimal 
places.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IDL 8.4 Bcal 2.x.xdev1.1
