Database import doesn't work on web site #59

The import function doesn't work on antlog.garya.org.uk This is most likely a permissions issue with the website and the upload location rather than with the Antlog code as such.

popen() has been disabled on the server for security. Console runner uses popen() to run mysql as a command line application to run the sql file uploaded. A different solution is required for the web than the local installation.
