Hi, good works! I am very interested in the knowledge graph you mentioned, but you have only disclosed the relevant weight files. Could you share the processing code of the adjacency matrix and the organ_disease graph? Look forward to your answer~

Hi, Thanks a lot for your attention. I am not sure I can find the script. While I can give you some suggestions:

  1. Please refer to the relationship in the SLAKE dataset.
  2. Please refer to the DCL model for knowledge graph.
