The program works fine, but when I want to stop using the console it does not turn off. I use the program with a PS3 controller and use CFW Mocha

Are you using the Homebrew Launcher Channel? The HBLC causes issues like that. See the following issue comment for more info: https://github.com/GaryOderNichts/Bloopair/issues/17#issuecomment-932974462

Yes, I use HBLC to start blooper

Bloopair is now a setup module for Tiramisu and this HBLC bug is no longer relevant.
