My one controller doesnt do right and up joystick inputs (left joystick only) #99

So I don't know if its a compatibility issue or if I'm dumb but my controller (Saitake STK-7032s) doesn't register the right and up input on my wii u it works fine on pc and on switch tho.

So I double checked the code and my controller and I just can't seem to find a issue, and its not a problem with the left stick itself, but both joysticks dont register the up and right input (only on wii u do i have that problem) . And my controller is Xinput, not Nintendo switch. Minmax value on the joysticks is fine to its at 0x00 and 0xFF so idk where the issue is, although I will check my inputs and maybe rewrite the code again.
