No error, just crashes #2

I've installed DumperU a few times, and even re-dumped my OTP and SEEPROM files. Same thing happens every time, it just dies. I receive no error messages, and when I checked the process in Task Manager it just kills itself when I press "Ok".

I opened it in CMD and was able to pull this error, hope it helps...
