Lot of stuttering

Hellow, coming here to see if i'm messing up something, i tried lowering resolution, lowering fps, lowering/increase debit, nothing, it just doesn't want to be smooth, my wii u is wired internet wise (and using my phone as an exemple, it doesn't lag a bit, at full resolution 60fps using 5ghz wifi) is it a Wii U hardware limitation ? :/

Did you try lowering the bitrate? Also try the latest v1.6 release, which comes with various performance and networking improvements.
