When I try to set coldboot title I get the error "Error! Make sure title is installed correctly." #46

I have a bricked Wii U with the error code 160-0101 so I thought I'd try this way to fix it but when I try to set the coldboot title and i select the region I get the error listed above. Any suggestions or is it completely dead?
