CR Line Endings Ignored #38

It would seem (see sourceforge bug https://sourceforge.net/p/gate/bugs/208/) that when opening old style Mac files with CR line endings the line endings are ignored leading to a single large block of text. We probably need to update the document format(s) to convert CR to LF.
