Co-ref editor is broken when annotations are in default set #86

It appears that there are still issues with the co-ref editor not working correctly with annotations in the default set. This stems from the fact that we made a change so that the default set now returns the empty string instead of null as it's name. I thought we'd fixed the co-ref editor to reflect this change but it would seem the fix isn't complete.

As far as I can tell this is now fixed. If anyone manages to break it then feel free to re-open the issue
