On the Home page in the mockup - there is an Information icon in the top right corner.
For now - We could add the icon on catalog front page somewhere handy but not overall focus even if its not
functional at this stage - could act as a teaser in the prototype and eventually populate that with various information about the catalog and perhaps a launch pad to "Analytics or Catalog Dashboard"...or maybe the link to Dashboard could also be on front page - see HRM example
The idea is to organize and link to different sorts of information about the catalog page (see Mock Up)
AND Have a live dashboard of catalog stats...(which could also be a part of a collection of dashboards that govt creates (dashboard as a product)

1) what the catalog is and why its important; business drivers; audience etc (link to metadata landing page record of the catalog) yes the catalog itself gets a record!
2) Link to Catalog Stats to show all sorts of metrics the catalog can report on, and perhaps users could query as well?
(folks excited about dashboards)
3) Catalog Contributor focus - why its important, how the catalog helps contributors manage their products and who is contributing....etc...
4) Link to any help guides etc that support the catalog...
