As we discovered during the group creation/modification/deletion malfunctions - it became necessary as a workaround to transfer ownership to another user in another group in order to DELETE the group that was malfunctioning. The transfer process is achievable by going into the record and then clicking "manage record" and clicking "transfer ownership" where you are then presented with a display of what group and what user to transfer ownership to. P
Perhaps this is just something an admin would want to do? as in the real world - this would be a big deal to transfer ownership.
Nonetheless - its an arduous task to manual transfer one record at a time.
