Hide Event Params if Venue has URL #702

When creating an Event, upon selecting a Venue that already has a URL associated with it, then HIDE the "Online Event Link" URL field in the event editor screen.

I agree.

This will be part of the new Online-Event block https://github.com/GatherPress/gatherpress/issues/690 and the new venue block respectively https://github.com/GatherPress/gatherpress/issues/629

I don't think this needs to be fixed earlier, because it's only a UI thing, not a functional bug.
