i'm using the this sensor "IMU Digital Combo Board - 6 Degrees of Freedom 
ITG3200/ADXL345"and i wanna know if it is possible to use some arducopter 
library for orientation , and what library should i use.

this is one for the forums. It's not a bug I can "fix"
You'll get better answers on the forum, but look at the IMU and DCM class. They 
take sensor input and output euler angles.
