CLI via Mavlink with tx stick combination

Hi Team! If you possible add this feature: the CLI via Mavlink (Xbee, Bluetooth 
and others), and for put the APM in CLI without use the little switch use a 
combination of the stick, like this:

- Example for "Mode 2" tx: go to "CLI" when you put the two tx stick at the 
upper corner left for "5" seconds

- Example for "Mode 2" tx: go to "FLIGHT" when you put the left tx stick at the 
upper corner sx and the right stick at the upper corner right, both for "5" 
seconds

I've broken some microswitch for "CLI/FLY/CLI/FLY" etc. etc., LOL!

Sorry for this second add: the tx stick combination are avaiable only if the 
motors are disarmed... :P

We've disabled the CLI so you now press enter 3 times.  This removes the need 
for the little switch (which we don't even have on the APM2).
I don't think we will use the radio method because to use the CLI, you need to 
send commands through a keyboard anyway.
