Sonar altitude in APM Planner inside "Status" #286

Hi! Just for check if there's problem with the sonar (rumors, noise, 
interference) please put inside APM Planner ("Status") a separate value with 
the value of the Sonar Altitude.

That would be a nice addition.  Saves jumping into the terminal to test the 
Sonar.
