Telemetry logging of sonar data #291

Struggling with sonar and altitude issues had me wanting to be able to have 
sonar height reported in realtime in flight.

So many other data are reportde, but not sonar.
Please include sonar in the telemetry stream and also make it visible in status 
and tuning.

I'll have to check, but do note that the first 4 meters are 100% sonar when 
enabled.

Ok, I used that when in my attempts. But but a clean sonar would be useful. 
Especially in some new Altitude control modes that I am going to suggest for 
later FW versions.
