Latest Mission planner

Wiki - PID tuning description for throttle rate and altitude hold (use in 
mission planner) not up to date
Wiki - Acro Roll & Pitch - no description

Throttle Rate in Mission Planner is not mentioned/ confusing in Wiki, that says 
"Throttle is used to hold a position using the relatively noisy Barometric 
pressure sensor".

Altitude Hold in Wiki is not mentioned clearly (or not mentioned actually).
