Difference in compass orientation ! #298

Arducoper NG or ACM?
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Uploading firmware from arduino vs. uploading from planner
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When I upload firmware via planner, the compass shows correct 
heading, however when I upload firmware via arduino, heading is not 
correct and it looks as if the compass is not working properlly.
My hardware is components down pins forward and also default at the
firmware. I noticed however the lib is for 5843 and not 5883L wich is the 
compass I have.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

arducopter 2.0.55 with alt hold patch and planner 1.1.1 on windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

I made all the correct steps for uploading, but looks as if eeprom gets 
corrupted when uploading via arduino.

ignore please. Don't know why but now it's ok, done same procedure, maybe I 
didn't reset the board the previous time. Sorry for bothering.
