What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fail to notice that one or other of the lines is uncommented when you want 
an APM1 build.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: APM1 build
Actual:  APM2 build that won't work in an APM1.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1.1r10
