Expose 'Simple' mode on the HUD #317

It would be very useful if we could expose the Simple mode flag (do_simple') 
via MAVlink and display the setting on the HUD.

I don't know if I will call it very useful, but I will let the issue be open if 
other think it is a useful parameter. To much info on the HUD can be a problem 
(E.g. I think battery voltage + current + battery % is somehow to much info)

Having no voltage/current sensor, I would rather see Simple mode on the HUD if 
it is On than seeing voltage and current. 
Why not make each HUD object/value togelable so the user can choose what they 
want to see. This would help both issues. I can log this in the new bug system 
if you want, but it will mean that people will want more possible values. I 
just hope they don't also ask to customize the locations because that would 
require a bunch more work.
