Waypoint altitude 100mts instead of default altitude (Mission Planner 1.1.28) #318

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Creating waypoints in Mission Planner 1.1.28
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It assigns a 100mts altitude to each waypoint instead of using the default alt. 
When creating a waypoint by click, the default alt should be what you have in 
the text box and not 100mts always.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
