CH6 "tuning" conflict with Camera Pitch #329

If I use CH6 for tuning it also moves my camera mount pitch servo :) 
So should we add camera pitch in to 'Ch6 Opt' ? ( or add 'tuning' to CH8, APM1 
users will need to use new PPM-encoder )
