CH7 Opt always displays DO_NOTHING #369

Arducoper 2.4.1 git 28 feb, APM2, MP 1.1.43 for win7/64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Selecting CH7_SAVE_WAYPINT in the MP configuration/Arducopter paramters.
2. Writing Params to the board.
3. Refresh parameters.

What is the expected output? The selection I made for CH7 should remain after 
write + refresh. However, the CH7 Save Waypoint was working, even though MP 
displays Ch7 Opt DO_NOTING.

Please check the param list for the name CH7_OPTION. Does it say "0" or some 
other number like 7?
If so, the GUI is out of sync with the param.

It says 7 in the param list CH7_OPTION. And it works. 
But the Ch7 Opt menu just displays CH7_DO_NOTHING.
So, I guess the GUI is out of sync on that paramter.

This issue was reported by an ArduPilot user as well here.

Michael Oborne will release a fix shortly so closing this issue.
