RSSI to msgs #35 and #34 to use it on minimOSD #377

Hey!

I want to use the minimOSD. It uses the flightdata directly from APM through 
the MAVLink. It can shows the RSSI also, if the RSSI was connected to the 
analog port on APM.

The original text from minimOSD-wiki means: "to show RSSI from RC receiver, 
that info needs to be on msgs #35 and #36 (RC_CHANNELS "RAW" and "SCALED"). So, 
the analog reading of RSSI output from receiver needs to be done on APM analog 
ports and treated inside the APM code."

Can somebody add this genious feature at the next APM-octocopter-code?

I also bring problems to run the Analog RSSI.

# define RECEIVER_RSSI_PIN 6
Always uses other pin does not even work Copter LEDs are on disabeld ...
But no issues in the APM planner yet Minimosd
