change wp storage format to allow all params - Hit rad and Yaw dissapears in write to AC

AC 2.4.1 Git 6 March, APM2, MP 1.1.48. Win 7/64
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Editing a WP mission to include Hit rad values. Writing to AC
2. Reading flight plan from AC to MP.
3. Hit rad data is gone. Just zero. Same for Yaw column values.

What is the expected output? I expect values to "stick"
What do you see instead? Hit rad and yaw column data seems to get flushed out 
when written to AC, or possibly when read from AC to MP.

This is still an issue with MP 1.2.31 APM SW 2.9
