Feature: Include ‘vi’ in space #52

Not much to say, it’s on everything else so was surprised at the absence. is it easy to install after? sure - but felt it’d make sense to include it in the base environment.

There is no need to ship vi with ProxSpace. ProxSpace should only include what's needed to compile the Proxmark repo. However Vim is included because it's a dependency for other tools.
