Add new sample lab links for various courses #64

Currently, the README file only links to sample repositories for assignments if they are part of the GatorEducator organization. However, there should also be links to sample repositories that are in different organizations such as courses for a wide variety of topics and levels. We should work together to identify representative laboratory assignments and then list them in the documentation.

Note that there are numerous repositories for new courses that are not currently linked to in the README file. These should be added! For instance, courses from the the Fall 2018 semester at Allegheny College are not linked to in the README. Once we have enough courses, we should consider categorizing the courses according to their topics, languages, or difficulty/level.

There is a duplicate issue in #97 that suitably addresses this issue. As such, I am going to close this issue as it is not absolutely needed. Please reopen it if you think that there are other open points to consider.
