All Team Members to Give Feedback About Team Formation #111

Currently the GatorGrouper tool does not give the people in their teams the opportunity to provide feedback about the teams. Any large scale study of GatorGrouper and its effectiveness should include a way for team members to give feedback on their team. Did the team members work well together or not? In what ways would a team member suggest that the team could have been improved? These are the kinds of questions that we should allow people to ask. With that said, we need to think carefully about how we collect and analyze this type of data!

Would it be beneficial to ask students to rate their experience numerically as well as providing a more detailed explanation of their experience? Potentially also providing a "request supervisor review" option to alert instructors of extenuating circumstances.
