Renamed functions to avoid confusion with file name #195

I changed the names of the functions in remove_absent_students and rebalance since they had the same file name.

Hi @yeej2, I was thinking about that since we are not using rebalance.py anywhere, why don't we just remove it for now. Have you tried to run the program without having that file?
