CD4060 Counters #1

The counter used in this circuit are only rated for 3.5 MHz at 5v, they will run up to 12 MHz at 15v. I would however recommend using 74HC4060 counters, they can easily handle these frequencies and are pin compatible, etc.

You are right, these chips are overclocked - still works. I changed to 74HC4060 on the newes series. Guess I should update the schematic and BOM on that.
